How to Order?

Always find it a hassle to make an online order? It’s not as complicated as it seems. You will just have to make a purchase once, and you will find it familiar and easier the next time round. If not, you can always refer back to this page for instructions.

STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURE

When you have found something you like and decided to make a purchase:

  1. Leave us a comment on that particular entry with the following info:
    -  Name / Nickname
    -  E-mail
    -  Item name and other relevant details, e.g. colour and size (if applicable)
  2. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with the details on payment. Make payment to us within 24 hours via one of the following modes of payment:
    -  POSB/DBS iBanking (preferred)
    -  POSB/DBS ATM Transfer – pls keep your transaction receipt for verification
    -  Interbanking Transfer
  3. E-mail us the payment details as stated in the confirmation e-mail and expect to receive your ordered items.
  4. Upon receiving your payment, we will mail your orders out as soon as possible.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • FREE POSTAGE for all items.
  • An additional $2.24 will be charged for registered mail. Nevertheless, registered mail is always encouraged.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All items placed for sale at Berry • Buttons are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  2. All payments are to be made within 24 hours from the time of sending out the confirmation e-mail. If not, the item will be sold to the next buyer. Please also e-mail us within 24 hours should you wish to cancel your order.
  3. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, please be assured that every item has been thoroughly checked before they were mailed out.
  4. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for delivery via registered mail.
  5. Upon receipt of the item, the onus is on you to take good care of it. We will not be held responsible should anything happens to it.
  6. Funds transferred will be fully refunded if Berry • Buttons is not able to deliver the ordered item as agreed.
